Proof Liability
Please review your job carefully before submitting. We require your approval for every job before we print. We encourge you to carefully go over the free online proof that we provide or our epson proof that we can FedEx if your schedule allows. We are not liable for errors on, and not limited to, the following items: spelling, grammar, fonts, punctuation, graphics, cuts, bleeds, color, folds and finished size.
Document Setup and Pricing
All prices are from high resolution PDF files only. Documents must have a page setup size as the actual trim size of finished product with 3/16" Margins to cut and 1/8” bleeds with crop marks (no manipulation or correction of any kind). Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Gang-run
Prices provided are for individual product document, they are not for multiples ganged on one.
Inks
We produce commercial color +/-10%, and are not responsible for process to PMS matching. Prices includes heavy coverage and full bleeds, but not a full exposed solid where a color tint is the dominate impact on a full page design.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
Re-submitted digital files, changes or cancellation, will incur an additional charge. Charges may vary depending on where your job is in production, or how is it ganged with other jobs. Charges can be minimal or as much as the entire cost of the job if the gang run plates or press sheet layout is already processed and scheduled to print.
Quantities
We make a great effort to deliver an accurate count, and more. But, the delivered quantity may still vary by +/- 10%. We are not responsible for shortage re-print if the shortage is 10% or less. If you need a guaranteed count, you must specify "Guarantee Quantity", and an additional 10% will be added to the cost of the project. Shortage for independent runs will be prorated and a credit will be applied back to the customer card payment. This applies to all our printing products and services.

Scheduled on the press daily after the Ok'd proof arrives. Please allow 2 to 5 business days from Ok'd proof, dependent on the quantity ordered, page count and bindery needed.

Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, not limited to low resolution file quality, offensive, indecent, or improper material. We will also refuse an order which in our opinion may be illegal in nature, an infringement on a copyright, or for any other reason, without disclosing the reason.
Claims
No Claims are allowed after 10 days from received printed material. In case an error occured by Printing For Resale, we will reprint or refund you a prorated cost, or up to as much as the full price of our invoice only. We will not be liable for any other claims or damages.
Workmanship Guarantee
Because of the nature of offset printing, on rare occasions the following may occur: variation in color, offset (smudges), trapping, registration of raster text, margins, crossovers, cutting variations, marking, picking, etc. It is also possible that printed materials may be trimmed by 1/16th of an inch undersized (please address all art appropriately). Customer acknowledges that we are providing printing at a substantial price discount and expedited delivery times and thus said printing will not be held to the same standard as limited edition art nor generally accepted printing standards. While every effort will be made to satisfy our customer's quality needs with the utmost intentions to gain their repeated business, requests for reprints or credits based on quality issues will be strictly at our discretion.
Legal Liability
By submitting your order, you accept the full legal liability for the content of the material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
